Appealing graphic system and 3D illustrations for a report
Nubank, well-known for its innovative approach to design in the financial sector, has taken a fresh perspective on the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) pillars in its 2022 annual report. The aim of the project is not only to share relevant information about the company's impact but also to address complex topics in an accessible, educational, and visually appealing manner. A flexible graphic system was designed for the report, adaptable to different platforms.
A set of 3D illustrations accompanies the system, made using simple shapes, to serve as narrative guides and make it easier to understand the content. The layout was designed to ensure comfortable reading while also considering practical navigation, making it an effective reference tool.

I was responsible for the art direction and graphic design of Nubank's 2022 ESG report. I built the system to provide flexibility and adaptability across different platforms. I was also responsible for producing minimalist 3D illustrations that punctuate each section, reinforcing the narrative while maintaining brand consistency.
What I Learned
Working for one of the largest companies in the financial sector is always challenging. A positive aspect was that, despite Nubank's careful brand guidelines, I had creative freedom to introduce new elements that complemented the visual identity.
